Looking up details of a gene

Figure 8: Details for a gene. OD allows the user to look up details for a particular gene so that (s)he can get more information about it.

OD enables the user to view the details of a particular Unigene cluster ID simple by double-clicking on the ID. This opens up a new HTML page (see Figure 8) that contains a list of Locus Link, Gene, Gene Title and list of Accession IDs. The cluster ID, Locus Link and accession IDs are further hyperlinked to the corresponding sections of NCBI (see Figure 9).
