KUTE download
You can download KUTE (Ver. 1.0) here. Note that version 1 only works with BASE Version 2.0. We are currently working on updating KUTE-BASE to be compatible with BASE Version 2.x.
Note: The "Affymetrix batch uploader" does not work when logged in as the BASE "root" user. You must be a normal user to use this feature.
