Our Research on the Cover of Clinical Cancer Research.

Our research work, Gene Expression Profiles Predict Survival and Progression of Pleural Mesothelioma, in collaboration with Dr. Harvey Pass, is featured on the cover of the February 1, 2004 issue of Clinical Cancer Research journal. Gene expression arrays were performed in 21 patients having surgery for malignant pleural mesothelioma. Twenty seven significant genes common to both dChip and SAM analyses from the original set of 95 genes depicted here were able to define two groups of patients whose time to progression and survival were significantly different.
